Angela's First 10k

I am running my first ever 10 kilometre run please sponsor me …  I have been training since February at which point I could only run for a minute, to being able to run 50 mins just recently, A niggling injury stopped me for a while and I didn’t know if I was going to make the run!   I am now fit (ish) and looking forward to running in the “The Run” which is being held in Northampton on October 4th 2009.   It is going to be a killer for me to complete so please don’t let my agony be for nothing. :-)
