'Linkentjane' players in action during a training session.The final squad who will represent Swaziland in the up and coming Caldy Touraid Rugby Festival to be played between the 22nd and 29th of September was announced today. Team manager Moscow Dlamini not only announced the players who will be taking the trip to the UK but also the new name for the team. 'Linkentjane' or Jackals in SiSwati, was selected by the players themselves.

The whole school turned out to watch the Tag and Coaching DayThe coaching team set off for Seven Holy Founders Primary this morning to hold a joint Tag and Coaching Day. The school has hosted the SKRUM coaches in the past, but the pupils now wanted to play 'real' Rugby!!!

Sigombeni Primary School in actionAll the SKRUM Development Coaches took the short trip to Sigombeni High and Primary schools to hold a SKRUM Coaching Day. With the two schools situated on either side of the main road the coaches split into two groups of three and held both sessions at the same time.

Lutfotja PrimaryLutfotja Primary proved too strong for everyone on Wednesday when they lifted the Attie Lombard Trophy. Lutfotja met five other schools in the final tournament played at the Princess Pholile Sports Ground in Malkerns.

Following a SKRUM Coaching Day at the school the head teacher Mr. Aksed if it would be possible for the school to have a Sipho "Easy" came the reply from the SKRUM coaches and all four got stuck in.

Dvokolwako High girls on the attackDvokolwako High school held a Coaching and Tag Rugby Day at the school yesterday. Following a Teacher/Coaches Workshop held at the school last week, head teacher Mr. Kunene called the SKRUM office and asked if we would introduce Rugby into his school as the pupils were very interested.

Zandondo Primary School pupils in actionZandondo Primary school held a Coaching Day at the school on Monday.  Zandondo Primary is situated near the town of Dvokholwako and proved a little difficult for the SKRUM coaches to find.  Asking locals for directions was not as easy as it could have been as everyone said "Go straight" On driving the coaches found three forks in the road ahead, but managed to 'guess' the right way.

On the attack and going for the gap.St Anne's High School for girls hosted a Tag and Coaching Day at the school on Friday.  The school hosted a Coaching Day early last year and invited the SKRUM coaches back to learn how to play Tag Rugby.
