Kate Harvey of SKRUM receives the cheque from John Williams (Director of Sport) and Harry ThorogoodNot content with hosting and competing against the the Swaziland U14 rugby team during a Touraid initiative in 2007, Watford Grammar School for Boys gave another helping hand to the country by raising £800 for SKRUM. The pupils raised the money during a non-uniform day in January. The school also collected rugby kit which was sent over to SKRUM for distribution to the children of Swazliand.
The School has strong links with the rugby world, as a Saracens partner rugby school, and has nurtured top national and international rugby players such as John Taylor, Josh Lewsey MBE and Don Barrell.
